Have you ever been looking at drawings of mine and thought, “I wish this jerk would draw what I want him to draw, instead of whatever he wants to draw? RRRRRRGH!!”

Now you can pay me to do that!

It says “Donate” but that’s just to simplify things. Send me an e-mail (wheresdezzer [at] gmail [dot] com) with “Commission: [Basic idea of what you want here]” in the subject line, and detail in it what you want, how you want it, and how much you’re givin’ me. I’ll respond with whether or not it’s agreeable, you’ll pay in advance, I’ll do my thing, and it’ll show up on the blog when it’s done. I’m not a terribly busy guy, so depending on your request it shouldn’t take too long.

*Textures only. Think of it like “repainting” the character. You can’t do texture mods for Mr. Game & Watch, so don’t ask. I’ll give the PAC and PCS so you can use these in-game yourself if you mod your Wii, but you’ll have to look into how to do all that for yourself.

Things to consider

About the prices

1. Pokémon are cheaper ’cause they’re easy and fun to draw. BUT, you will not get the discount on legendaries, Zoroark, Lucario, or Lopunny. You will also not get the discount on anything directly associated with the anime.
2. If you want me to try something completely unlike anything I’ve done before, tell me, I can probably do it and we’ll hammer out the price.
3. These prices are more like suggestions for a fair effort; you can name your price.
   • Offer less than the suggested price, or ask for too much for too little and we may have to haggle/I may turn you down.
   • Offer more and I’ll want to put more effort into it and make it something special.
4. Most of these listed prices are with one character or thing in mind.
   • I’ll do more if it’s in the request but please consider how much what you’re asking for is worth if one character in the style you want is the stated price.
     • For example, this fits in the “Super Sketch” or “Spectacular Sketch” category, but the price of $7 counts for one character–for something like this I’d be asking for something more like $20.

About the artworks once complete

1. I will still own the finished artwork–you’re more paying for the “Do it!” than the “I want it,” if that makes sense. So, for example, you asked me to draw a shady cartoon of Solid Snake. If I wanted I could use it as artwork for a character bio later on. But I mean, you can still do whatever you want with it, except pretend you drew it or something…
2. It will be posted on my blog like any other artwork I do and it will be available for all to see or download. The post will be in the category for commissions and the text underneath will make it clear who asked for it (unless you prefer to request anonymously) and what it is.
3. Don’t remove my initials and the URL and claim you drew the thing, please. It’d be understandable to crop it and use it as an avatar or something, I totally don’t mind that. You know what I mean.

Ideas for you to request that I wouldn’t normally draw

• Characters and things from games I hate, like Kingdom Hearts, Sonic, and Animal Crossing
• Characters from anime I don’t care about (read: most of them)
• Your OCs (original characters)
  • Pokémon OCs still get the discount unless they’re legendary, Lucario, Zoroark, Lopunny, or are based on the anime. Judge me if you want, fair is fair)
• Cats. I don’t like cats. But money talks, so if you pay me for it, I’ll draw cats. If you pay me a hundred dollars I will draw you a hundred cats.
• Internet memes. I don’t like those either! Go figure! But I like money! Gimme some money and I’ll draw your nyan cat with an awesome face firin’ lasers at all your base in Sparta!
• Illustrations for stories, if you’re writin’ somethin’
• Something you’re supposed to do and don’t want to, like a logo or some other such graphic.
• Your request doesn’t have to be fan art–I believe I am capable of drawing anything. Feel free to challenge me.

What I WON’T draw

• Pornography
• Anything “anime- or manga-styled.” I can adapt anime or manga characters to any other style, but there are enough Americans pretending to be Japanese already, and I am not one of them.
